Job Description

Bidding Agent

We are seeking an experienced Bidding Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of bidding and client acquisition on Upwork and/or Fiverr.



  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Bidding:
    • Search and analyze daily job postings on Upwork & Fiverr to identify opportunities for bidding.
    • Submit competitive and customized proposals for relevant projects, using strategic keywords, project tags, and categories to optimize visibility.
    • Maintain a high level of activity, submitting a set number of bids per day to increase the chances of winning projects.
  • Client Interaction:
    • Establish professional communication with potential clients, understanding their project requirements and clarifying details through messages or calls.
    • Negotiate pricing and timelines within company guidelines, ensuring that both parties are satisfied with the agreement.
  • Lead Conversion:
    • Follow up on submitted proposals to improve conversion rates, converting leads into successful deals and passing them to the production team.
    • Maintain accurate records of active proposals, leads, and closed deals, using this information to refine bidding strategies.
  • Communication & Reporting:
    • Prepare detailed reports on bidding activities, wins, and prospects, providing insights for future improvements.
    • Coordinate with the team to gather technical inputs when needed, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

    Requirements
    • Proven experience in bidding or client acquisition on Upwork and/or Fiverr.
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
    • Ability to understand and explain technical services (e.g., web design, development, SEO, etc.).
    • Strong interpersonal skills for client handling and negotiations.
