About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Architect to join our team as a technical expert and strategic partner for customers. As a key member of our organization, you will design and implement seamless integrations using our AI-powered platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design high-performance integration architectures that handle millions of transactions per second/minute with sub-millisecond latency.
  • Provide technical guidance on API best practices, data flow architecture, and integration strategies.
  • Create proof-of-concept (PoC) integrations to showcase our capabilities and assist customers in implementation.
  • Drive API excellence by assisting customers in leveraging our APIs, AI-powered automation, and smart connectivity features.
  • Implement best practices for API security, authentication (OAuth, JWT, OpenID), and compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.).
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise integration.
  • Strong background in API architecture, RESTful & GraphQL APIs, and event-driven integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with backend development in Java, Python, or Node.js.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
