This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Growth Analyst. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in driving growth and success by identifying key metrics, developing strategies, and collaborating with various teams.

About the Role

This position involves monitoring and tracking acquisition retention KPIs, implementing A/B testing for continuous improvements, analyzing data on passengers' and drivers' behavior and feedback, and exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other departments to present results and make the product more Passenger/Driver-centric.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and track acquisition retention KPIs.
  • Bounce traditional, creative, and new ideas to grow user acquisition, reduce churn, and increase user stickiness.
  • Implement A/B testing for continuous improvements.
  • Analyze data on passengers' and drivers' behavior and feedback.
  • Exchange ideas/data/feedback with other departments to present results and make the product more Passenger/Driver-centric.
  • Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks to improve business performance.
  • Work with the AARRR Metrics Diagram to optimize channels and improve business performance.
  • Scale and automate growth processes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in analytics, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in growth and strategy.
  • Data-driven approach with a clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics, and statistics.
  • A/B Testing and Data Analytics experience.
  • Knowledge about both inbound and outbound marketing.

  • Create and maintain customer & driver acquisitions and retention funnels using growth campaigns.
  • Self-motivated and end-user focused.
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that activate, engage, and retain.
