Job Title: Senior Marketing Strategist

The Senior Marketing Strategist will oversee the development and execution of marketing plans to drive business growth. This role involves leading the day-to-day marketing activities, managing marketing campaigns, and analyzing results to measure their effectiveness.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives, including identifying target audiences, developing marketing messages, and selecting appropriate marketing channels.
  2. Marketing Campaign Management: Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, content marketing, and event marketing.
  3. Brand Management: Oversee the creation and publication of all marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and social media posts, to maintain a consistent brand image.
  4. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign results, providing insights and recommendations to improve future marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in Marketing: A degree in Marketing or related field is required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a senior role.
  • Skill Set: Strong analytical and project management skills, confident and dynamic personality, strong creative outlook, and ability to work closely with design agencies.
