Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee project planning and coordination. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely completion of projects, effective resource allocation, and meeting set objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and manage budgets that incorporate cost-saving measures, maximizing value for stakeholders.
  • Foster a positive team environment, promoting enthusiasm and motivation among team members.
  • Negotiate with various departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Provide regular updates to management on project progress and development.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is essential.
  • Project management certifications such as CAPM, PMP, or similar are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary for efficient task execution.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator is mandatory, with a strong background in planning and schedule management.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including negotiation abilities, are vital for success in this role.

Work Environment and Requirements:

This position involves office-based work, requiring the ability to maintain a productive work atmosphere and adhere to standard working hours.
