Senior Mobile Developer Lead

A seasoned professional is required to lead the development of mobile applications, transforming business requirements into software design and ensuring project delivery according to agreed-upon designs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will participate in presales, user experience design, sprint, development, and delivery phases of a project, reviewing the overall proposal.
  • During user experience design, valuable input will be provided, and wireframes will be reviewed from a technical standpoint.
  • Before development work begins, necessary artifacts will be produced to guide the team.
  • Necessary artifacts for the development team include a Solutions Design Document.
  • During the development phase, the design will be ensured to be followed, with any changes documented.
  • The architect will review the work produced by the development team.
  • Necessary training will be provided to developers, and the architect will serve as the sole point of contact for stakeholders and the team on all technical matters.
Requirements:
  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a reputable university.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience preferably in Android, iOS, Flutter, and React Native.
  • Familiarity with native build tools, such as XCode, Gradle.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, document request models, and offline storage.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience making important architecture & design decisions, including data domain modeling, application of design patterns, and design using third-party components.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design, with a solid understanding of coding languages, operating systems, and databases.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with effective communication with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and software vendors involved in the development process.
  • Able to analyze and identify potential short and long-term risks that may cause technical issues and impede business operations.
  • Solid experience working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts.
