We are seeking a highly skilled Training Development Officer to join our organization and play a key role in enhancing our learning culture. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about training and development, and who want to take their career to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for helping plan, implement, and evaluate training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform at their best.
This is a mid-level role ideal for candidates with some prior training experience who are looking to expand their professional horizons.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive training plans to meet employee learning needs.
- Collaborate with HR and departmental leads to identify areas where training can have the greatest impact.
- Deliver engaging onboarding and orientation sessions to new employees.
- Track and maintain accurate records of training participation and completion data.
- Assist in creating high-quality training content, manuals, and digital learning materials.
- Evaluate post-training feedback to assess learning impact and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure seamless coordination and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest learning trends and suggest innovative approaches to enhance employee development.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a training or development role.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with LMS or e-learning platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- HR or L&D certifications such as CIPD Level 3, SHRM-CP, or relevant short courses in instructional design or training.
Office-based role.
Location:Islamabad / Rawalpindi.
