Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Learning and Development Coordinator. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about employee learning and development, and are looking to grow their career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops, ensuring they are well-planned and executed.
  • Develop high-quality training materials, manuals, and presentations that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and feedback reports.
  • Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Handle all training-related communications and logistics, providing timely and effective support to our employees.
  • Collect and compile participant feedback to assess the effectiveness of our training programs.
  • Collaborate with internal trainers and external facilitators to deliver high-quality training sessions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our training programs by suggesting new ideas and conducting research.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a training, HR, or administrative support role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with training principles and adult learning concepts.
