Job Title: Visibility Manager

The primary role of the Visibility Manager is to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective instore visibility strategies. This involves working closely with category teams and visibility partners to create high-quality, sustainable assets that drive business results.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring seamless execution. Key responsibilities include tracking field requests, maintaining asset deployment records, and following established playbooks for uniformity in executions.

  1. Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of payments to visibility partners, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  2. Asset Deployment: Manage the lifecycle of assets, including deployments, lift backs, and re-utilization, to maximize ROI.
  3. Trade Visibility: Develop cost-effective and scalable branding and merchandising options to enhance trade visibility.
  4. Reporting and Compliance: Regularly track competitor activities, create dynamic reporting systems, and ensure audit compliance from PO raising to payment processing.

Requirements:
Education: BBA/MBA
Experience: 2-3 years
Core Skills:
