Job Title: Strategic Software Designer

As a strategic software designer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming business requirements into a comprehensive software design blueprint for our team to follow.

The ideal candidate will participate in all phases of project development, from presales and user experience design to sprint, development, and delivery. You will review the overall proposal, provide valuable input on wireframes from a technical standpoint, and produce necessary artifacts to guide the team before actual development work begins.

You will document any changes in the design during the development phase and review the work produced by the development team. Additionally, you will provide necessary training to developers and serve as the sole point of contact for stakeholders and the team on all technical matters.

Requirements:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a reputable institution.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience, preferably as a full-stack developer in multiple technologies.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience making important architecture & design decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design.
