Key Leadership Role for Solution Design

The position of Solution Architect is pivotal in defining, designing, and delivering business performance improvement solutions. It requires a strategic thinker who can develop solution concepts based on client needs and lead the solution buildout process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive solution designs for proposals and sales pursuits based on client requirements.
  • Architect solutions as part of client engagements using data gathered during discovery processes.
  • Oversee and contribute to the solution buildout to ensure all requirements are met.
Core Competencies:
  • Analyzing client needs through interviews, document review, technology evaluation, and additional discovery to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Making recommendations to clients based on insights into how organizations operate effectively.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies through thought leadership sources.
Requirements:
  • A Master's Degree in Learning and Development or Organizational Leadership & Development is preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • A minimum of eight to ten years of experience in solution design, performance consulting, human performance technology, change management, and adult learning and development.

This role involves collaborating with the sales team to perform in-depth analysis of client needs, developing and proposing solutions to address challenges, and serving as a subject matter expert relative to solutions throughout each project.
