Job Description

B2B Sales Executive plays a key role in building client relationships across international markets.

About the Role

This position involves identifying and qualifying new B2B leads, pitching digital marketing and compliance services, maintaining a pipeline of active prospects, collaborating with the marketing team for lead nurturing, preparing proposals, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Lead Identification: Identify and qualify new B2B leads through outbound strategies.
  • Sales Pitching: Pitch digital marketing and compliance services via calls, emails, video meetings, and demos.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a pipeline of active prospects.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team for lead nurturing.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare proposals and follow up with potential clients.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements

To be successful as a B2B Sales Executive, you will need:

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in digital or SaaS services).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing and compliance services is a plus.
  • Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Night Shift Comfort: Comfortable working in night shift hours.
