Job Title: Automation and Analytics Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing automation and analytical solutions to enhance risk management and compliance processes.

This role involves leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Python, Alteryx, Tableau, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop innovative solutions that transform how we manage compliance conduct, and operational risks across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deploy automation/analytical solutions to meet business needs.
  2. Conceptualize and build insightful dashboards to provide users with actionable insights supporting informed decision-making.
  3. Build solutions leveraging tools such as Python, Alteryx to automate monitoring/test activities under teams within compliance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful deployment.
  5. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative approaches into compliance and risk management strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field from top tier universities.
  • At least 8+ years of experience in developing automation & analytical solutions, with recent exposure to LLMs.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Python, Alteryx, Tableau, and LLMs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and training skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
