We are seeking a motivated individual to take on the role of Team Lead and Sales Closer.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • To lead and manage a team of sales executives in achieving project goals and objectives.
  • To provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
  • To identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, negotiate deals, and close sales.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of success.

This is an evening and night shift position that requires the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.

Other Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a sound education level, such as O/A-Level or Intermediate, and excellent computer/keyboard skills.
