Business Growth Specialist

The Business Growth Specialist is a pivotal role that drives revenue expansion, closes deals, and ensures seamless transitions to our Project Management team. This position demands a highly motivated individual who can own the entire sales journey from lead acquisition to client onboarding.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Acquisition & Sales Conversion
  • Cultivate leads through targeted outreach and effectively manage them in CRM software.
  • Execute initial discovery calls, comprehend client needs, and present our services persuasively.
  • Closing deals within established company pricing and scope guidelines.
Client Onboarding & Handover
  • Onboard new clients post-sale and ensure they feel welcome and confident in our process.
  • Communicate all client discussions, commitments, and expectations with the assigned Project Manager.
Project Oversight (Sales Perspective)
  • Monitor overall communication between the client and team to prevent delays or misunderstandings.
  • Act as a bridge between the client and team for commercial or relationship-related concerns.
Upselling & Client Retention
  • Conduct post-project review calls to verify client satisfaction.
  • Identify and propose upsell opportunities based on the client's business objectives and our service offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Demonstrated sales experience in a digital agency or B2B services environment.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing, design, and web development services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience with freelancing platforms for lead generation.
  • Experience in client onboarding and account management.
