About this Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious Business Analyst to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and software development, with excellent communication and documentation skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
  • Support the creation of business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user stories.
  • Conduct data analysis and research to inform decision-making.
  • Participate in meetings and workshops with stakeholders to capture needs.
  • Develop process flow diagrams, wireframes, and simple mockups.
  • Assist in testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and requirement gathering techniques.
  • Ability to analyze problems and propose logical solutions.
  • Familiarity with software concepts such as APIs, databases, frontend, backend, web, UI and UX.
