Project Site Manager

The Construction Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of projects from inception to completion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with contractors to execute work according to approved plans.
- Monitor and control project costs to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ensure that work is executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and standards.
- Facilitate communication among team members, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles that may impact project progress.
- Manage site operations, including material acquisition, transportation, and storage.
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality of workmanship and materials used.
- Collaborate with management to update them on project progress and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management (preferred).
Experience Required:
- A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in construction, preferably in high-rise projects.
- This is a mid-senior level position.
- This is a full-time position.
- This job requires expertise in engineering, project management, and related fields.
