Sales Project Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Project Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager-Project Sales, you will be responsible for selling property units, conducting site visits, and providing demonstrations to clients while ensuring timely closure of deals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and preferences
  • Brief clients on relevant property units, highlighting their features and benefits
  • Carry out site visits and provide demonstrations to showcase properties
  • Ensure timely closure of deals by following up with clients and addressing any concerns
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service

Requirements:

  • Education to degree level or equivalent practical experience in sales or a related field
  • Strong passion for sales, with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success
  • A strong understanding of corporate sales management, project analysis, B2B business development, and information technology
  • Able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
