Job Title: Recovery Agent

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled Recovery Agent to join our team.

About the Role:

The Recovery Agent will be responsible for ensuring that recovery activities are performed through allocated accounts. This includes contacting customers to recover outstanding debts, negotiating payment plans, and communicating with them regarding their financial obligations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also be able to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure recovery activities are performed through allocated accounts.
  • Conduct regular customer outreach to recover outstanding debts.
