Data Scientist I - Pakistan
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions that revolutionize the contact center industry. As a Data Scientist I, you will be responsible for applying data science techniques to improve human interactions in large enterprises, focusing on optimizing contact center interactions for sales, service, retention, collections, and customer satisfaction.
