Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and customer-centric individual to provide exceptional support to our customers. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions through written and verbal communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner, providing information on products and services, taking or canceling orders, or obtaining details of complaints.
  • Record customer interactions and transactions, noting inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests, aiming for First Contact Resolution (FCR).
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Enhance the organization's reputation by accepting ownership for new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Requirements:
  • Intermediate or Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
