Job Overview

Job Description

Agricultural Machinery Specialists will be responsible for managing and operating complex agricultural machinery including tractors, combine harvesters, and other equipment. This includes developing and implementing effective maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of machinery.

They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. Additionally, they will work closely with the maintenance team to optimize maintenance schedules and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field. They must also have minimum 3 years of experience in sales and operation of agricultural machinery.
