**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our regional agriculture services team. This role is responsible for ensuring the availability and quality of fresh milk and agri raw materials, as well as driving regional operations to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Quality Assurance: Ensure the availability and sourcing of quality fresh milk and agri raw materials.
  • Regional Operations Management: Drive regional operations to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) achievement.
  • Business Forecasting and Alignment: Prepare business forecast for quality fresh milk and agri raw materials sourcing, creating alignment and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Guide regional and cross-functional teams to implement sustainable initiatives in agriculture farm activities and the value chain.
  • Advisory Role: Act as an advisor to Agriculture Services function in developing effective strategies for fresh milk/agri raw material volumes & supply as per business need.
  • People Management: Lead people management affairs in the region, ensuring personal and professional development of team members.

Requirements:
  • Rural Societies Understanding: Understanding and appreciation of rural societies, their development, and raw material production systems.
  • Agriculture Expertise: Knowledge and understanding of modern dairy and agriculture farms' management.
  • Risk Assessment and Quality Assurance: Adequate knowledge and understanding of risk assessment, food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance, sustainability of raw material production.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to lead with vision and integrity, fostering team alignment, ownership, and high performance in dynamic environments.

**Education and Experience:** University degree in Agriculture, Veterinary, Animal Husbandry or Agronomy, with 6-8 years' experience in dairy/Agronomy sector.
