Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers and generating leads through thorough market research and effective networking.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To identify potential customers and generate leads through thorough market research and effective networking.
  2. Conducting sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our tile adhesives and grouts.
  3. BUILDING AND MAINTAINING POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH NEW AND EXISTING CLIENTS TO ACHIEVE SALES TARGETS.
  4. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop impactful sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  5. Providing product knowledge and technical support to customers, resolving any queries or issues efficiently.
  6. Maintaining awareness of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and make suitable recommendations.
  7. Preparing sales reports and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities.

Requirements:

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  2. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on driving sales growth.
  3. A result-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven individual who can work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  4. A good understanding of the construction industry and market trends, with the ability to stay up-to-date with changes.
  5. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to leverage these tools for sales success.
