Job Title: Client Solutions Specialist - Join our team of passionate professionals who share our vision of delivering unparalleled customer care.
Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Care Representative, you will handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from our valued clients. Your primary objective will be to resolve issues promptly, while also proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products.
Requirements: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English is mandatory, as well as a strong understanding of our products and services.
