A Specification Manager is required to sell a range of aluminum products supplied throughout Pakistan.

Responsibilities
  1. Sell into commercial sectors such as education, healthcare, public sector, leisure, government, and retail markets where aluminum has a 70% market share.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with civil consultants, architects, specifiers, and main contractors.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements

The successful applicant will have experience in specification sales and be able to manage a territory. This role requires a salesperson from an aluminum or PVCu systems background or that has sold hardware, architectural ironmongery, or has experience of selling to main contractors.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
