The role of a Territory Sales Supervisor involves working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve regional sales targets. The position requires daily visits to the market to conduct spot checks and retail audits on stock availability.

The Territory Sales Supervisor manages assigned franchises, overseeing their daily management, ensuring visibility of reports shared by the Area Manager and conducting franchise follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learns Jazz's business, products, and market dynamics.
  • Manages daily operations of the franchise, focusing on enablers such as BVS activation, EVC (Agent to Agent), market float management, DO service levels, recharge processes, and minimizing non-performing retailers.
  • Works towards achieving target KPIs including recharge, gross ads, JazzCash transactions, MBB data devices, and active retail base.
  • Develops healthy relationships with retailers and franchise owners.
