
Lead Premium Call Center Operations

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced manager to lead our premium call center operations. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in various areas of call centers, preferably as a Team Leader or Assistant Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive analytical decision-making by applying SOPs, KPIs, and call center metrics
- Lead teams to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements
- 4-5 years of experience in inbound call centers, preferably local
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
