We are a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead our cold email campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and energetic individual to optimize outreach efforts using cutting-edge tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cold Email Campaigns: Develop and mature campaigns on Ample Market and Apollo, ensuring each sales representative achieves a minimum of 12 qualified leads per month.
  2. Tool Management & Outreach: Manage and scale outreach using SendGrid, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and other relevant tools.
  3. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance on a weekly basis, optimizing strategies to improve outcomes.
  4. Content Development: Create and refine compelling cold email copy to boost engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience with cold email campaigns and tools (e.g., Apollo, Ample Market).
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with email warm-up and deliverability best practices.
  • Lead Generation: Demonstrated ability to meet KPI targets and drive lead generation.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic Software Skills: Competency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
  • Mindset: Highly energetic, proactive, and able to work independently while maintaining a can-do attitude.
  • Onsite Position: This is not a remote role; you will be required to work from our designated office.
  • Working Hours: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT (aligning with Eastern Time Zone).
