Job Title: Regional Sales Head for Renewable Energy Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our regional sales operations for solar/wind and renewable energy projects nationwide and internationally.

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and managing business operations and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key account negotiations to meet primary visibility standards
  • Lead a team of key account managers and business development managers through coaching and mentoring
  • Ensure regular market engagement with the sales team
  • Provide business reports in specified formats

Requirements:

  • MBA with an engineering background
  • 9-10 years of managerial solution sales experience in Pakistan
