Tire Industry Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to our success in the tire industry.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, building and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers, conducting market research, developing pricing strategies, and preparing and analyzing sales reports.

  • Develop pricing strategies that are competitive and profitable.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

Manage the sales team and provide training, support, and coaching to help them succeed.

Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth.

Develop pricing strategies that are competitive and profitable.

Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Hire new team members and develop their skills to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

At least 6 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the tire industry.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
