We are expanding our sales team and for that we need a Male Sales Manager for our sales department. As a sales manager for a tires company, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives. With at least 6 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, you should be familiar with the sales process, have strong negotiation skills, and be able to identify opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies: You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Manage the sales team: You will lead a team of sales representatives and ensure they meet their targets. You will also provide training, support, and coaching to help them succeed.
Build and maintain relationships: You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Conduct market research: You will be required to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Develop pricing strategies: You will be responsible for developing pricing strategies that are competitive and profitable.
Prepare and analyze sales reports: You will be responsible for analyzing sales data and preparing reports that help to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Hire new team members: You must have a good knowledge of how to bring good talent to the company as in this role you'll be required to hire new sales team members.
Job SpecificationBachelor's degree in business or a related field.
At least 6 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the tire industry.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
