The School Administration Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions within an educational institution.

- Foster effective communication with parents regarding school events, policies, and student progress through clear and concise messaging.
- Respond promptly to parent inquiries and concerns, demonstrating active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Organize parent-teacher conferences and other engagement initiatives to promote collaboration and mutual understanding.
- Cultivate positive relationships with community organizations, local mosques, and educational institutions to promote cross-cultural understanding and exchange.
- Represent the school at community events and outreach programs, showcasing the institution's values and mission.
- Engage online communities through social media platforms, promoting the school's vision and activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Previous experience in school administration or a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Islamic educational principles and values is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are necessary to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Office and Database management is essential for accurate record-keeping and data analysis.
