Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Oversight:

  • Parent Communication:

    • Organize parent-teacher conferences and engagement initiatives.
  • Staff Support:
    • Assist in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of administrative staff.
    • Provide support to leadership and faculty as needed.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Plan and execute school events such as orientations, graduation ceremonies, and cultural celebrations.
    • Coordinate logistics including venue booking, catering, and guest invitations.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Cultivate relationships with community organizations, local mosques, and educational institutions.
    • Represent the school at events and outreach programs.
    • Engage online communities through social platforms.
Job Specifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in school administration or a similar role is preferred.
