- Parent Communication:

- Respond promptly to parent inquiries and concerns, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Organize parent-teacher conferences and engagement initiatives.
- Staff Support:
- Assist in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of administrative staff.
- Provide support to leadership and faculty as needed.
- Event Coordination:
- Plan and execute school events such as orientations, graduation ceremonies, and cultural celebrations.
- Coordinate logistics including venue booking, catering, and guest invitations.
- Community Engagement:
- Cultivate relationships with community organizations, local mosques, and educational institutions.
- Represent the school at events and outreach programs.
- Engage online communities through social platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in school administration or a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Islamic educational principles and values.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
