Job Description:

Our company is seeking an Ad Operations Specialist to manage the ad revenue monetization of websites and mobile apps of all sizes. This is a full-time on-site role located in Islamabad.

The ideal candidate will have a highly analytical mindset with an understanding of statistical theories and principles, as well as effective communication skills in both written and verbal contexts.

Responsibilities will include onboard new signed-up accounts, reviewing current ad setups, setting up Google Ad Manager from scratch, analyzing daily reports, and running monthly and annual reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new signed-up accounts, understanding their goals, and setting timelines for implementation and optimization
  • Reviewing current ad setups and identifying opportunities to increase revenues
  • Setting up Google Ad Manager from scratch
  • Analyzing daily reports and understanding key metrics for performance
  • Running monthly and annual reports to check historical data and analyze performance trends

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A highly analytical individual with an understanding of statistical theories and principles
  • Effective communicator in both written and verbal contexts
  • Experience in relationship management or customer service
  • Proficient in MS Excel & Google Sheets, and data presentation
  • Familiarity with different Google ad platforms
  • Understanding of how website and app monetization works
  • Experience with ad operations or digital advertising is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
