
Senior Sales Engineer

As a Presales Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and understanding customer needs, objectives, and business requirements. You will articulate the features and benefits of Sangfor solutions and products to customers.
You will perform product demonstrations and presentations in support of company road shows and events. Additionally, you will manage, monitor, and/or perform solution evaluations and Proofs-of-Concept in support of sales opportunities either directly or through channel partners.
Your responsibilities will include developing presentation technical materials for sales presentations, proposals, and tender purposes. You will also provide reporting and feedback on customer accounts and field activities to Sales, Product Management, and Engineering.
Furthermore, you will provide channel partner enablement for selected channel partners in defined territory to include: regular product and solution updates, customized workshops, and any other required tasks to enable partner to perform independent pre-sales support for small-to-medium size opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a customer-facing technical role is required. Experience in a local famous IT networking distributor or System Integrator is a plus.
The successful candidate will have proven customer-facing skills and be technically strong enough to establish credibility with technical leaders. He/She should be experienced in at least one of the following areas: Cyber Security, ICT Solutions, Virtualization, Data Center, IP Network, or Network Infrastructure.
A good communication and presentation skill to technical & non-technical audience is essential. Team player with strong drive, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate professionally with partners, customers, and internal cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering are also required.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in IT related field.
