
Sales Business Development Leader

Support the CEO in driving business development and revenue growth by creating new avenues for trade expansion.
Ensure the closure of legacy contracts through operational leadership and stakeholder engagement.
Negotiate with external parties to secure fresh, profitable contracts that align with organizational strategy.
Lead the sales team to achieve better traction and execution of our organization's strategic objectives.
Develop and maintain key client relationships across commercial and government sectors, focusing on military end-users.
Collaborate with internal business units to establish strong working relationships, negotiate pricing, and meet procurement needs.
Establish a mutually agreed vendor base with senior management for future tender participation.
Possess in-depth knowledge of tendering processes, official relationship management, business product offerings, and value propositions.
Understand organizational policies and regulations impacting the Sales department.
Proactively pursue and win new business and sales opportunities within agreed-upon areas.
Provide hands-on problem-solving for clients, vendors, and customers by developing cost-effective solutions.
