Job Overview:
Agile Managex Technologies LLC is a leading technology company seeking a talented Performance Management Specialist to enhance our Human Resources function. This role plays a critical part in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, employee development, and performance excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities:
  1. Administer and manage the company's performance appraisal process.
  2. Develop performance management tools (e.g., appraisals, feedback forms).
  3. Monitor and track performance evaluation timelines and ensure consistency in performance reviews.
  4. Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to set clear, measurable, and achievable goals for employees in alignment with organizational objectives.
  5. Support employees in understanding their individual KPIs and how their contributions impact the company's success.
  6. Identify training and development needs based on performance appraisals and feedback.
  7. Work with HR team to implement employee development plans and career progression strategies.
  8. Encourage ongoing feedback to employees, fostering a continuous learning environment.
  9. Support the leadership team in performance discussions, ensuring these conversations are handled with care and consistency.
  10. Coach managers on how to handle difficult performance conversations and employee motivation.
  11. Gather and analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  12. Prepare and present performance management reports to senior leadership, highlighting performance metrics and actionable insights.
  13. Evaluate the effectiveness of performance management processes and recommend improvements.
  14. Collaborate with management to recognize and reward high-performing employees.
  15. Help design and implement a reward and recognition program that motivates employees and enhances retention.
  16. Address any performance-related concerns or conflicts and assist in resolving them proactively.
  17. Support HR in handling employee grievances related to performance and work towards fair and amicable resolutions.
  18. Stay updated on best practices and trends in performance management and employee engagement.
  19. Recommend and implement new strategies or technologies to enhance the performance management process.
  20. Ensure performance management processes are compliant with company policies and legal standards.
  21. Maintain accurate and confidential performance documentation.
  22. Assist HR in managing recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  23. Work with hiring managers to ensure that new hires align with the company's performance expectations and culture.

Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on performance management, talent development, or employee engagement.
  3. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of performance management methodologies and best practices.
