
Dynamic Sales Professional for Equipment Sourcing

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals with excellent communication abilities to join our team as a Tele Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities:- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to suppliers to confirm equipment pricing and availability, ensuring timely delivery and effective relationships.
- Inbound Sales: Handle inbound customer sales inquiries, assisting clients with product selection, pricing, and availability, resulting in high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Customer Contact: Reach out to customers if equipment is unavailable, offering alternatives and upselling where applicable, driving revenue growth and customer loyalty.
- Data Updates: Maintain and update supplier accounts and pricing in the Keystone software system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Communicate equipment or pricing changes with the strategic partnerships team, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Supplier Relations: Build familiarity with key suppliers to ensure adequate equipment coverage, developing strong business relationships and securing long-term partnerships.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to suppliers and customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing concerns and inquiries effectively, and delivering a positive experience.
- Training: Participate in equipment education and training workshops provided by the client, enhancing knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned, adapting to changing priorities and demands.
- Experience: 1–3 years of customer service and/or inbound sales experience, preferably in a BPO or call center, with a proven track record of success.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation in business principles and practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a neutral or American accent, enabling clear and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Sales Skills: Ability to handle inbound sales inquiries, upsell, and close sales effectively, achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Tech Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of various cloud-based software and applications, including Keystone, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Soft Skills: Ability to multitask, work both independently and as part of a team, and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
- Shifts: Willingness to work rotating shifts between 5 PM and 5 AM, accommodating varying schedules and demands.
- Motivation: A self-starter who is passionate about delivering superior customer service and driving sales, with a results-oriented mindset.
