Odoo Developer Position
We are seeking a skilled developer to customize and develop Odoo modules that meet the business needs of our organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality solutions and integrate Odoo with third-party applications for seamless processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Customize and develop Odoo modules to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications for seamless processes.
• Design, implement, and manage databases within Odoo.
• Optimize and troubleshoot database issues for performance.
• Conduct unit and integration testing of modules.
• Work with QA teams to resolve software bugs.
• Create technical documentation for modules and customizations.
• Develop training and support materials for users.
• Coordinate with developers and analysts to deliver solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated on Odoo developments.
• Assist in upgrading and migrating systems to newer Odoo versions.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Odoo Developer with a portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo framework and module development.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, XML, JSON.
• Database skills, especially in PostgreSQL.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
• Experience in functional analysis and translating business needs into Odoo solutions.
• Willingness to learn and stay current with industry trends.
