Job Summary:

The Call Centre Manager will lead and manage the daily operations of the call centre team. This includes designing and implementing efficient calling strategies to improve recovery rates, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing ongoing training and coaching for agents.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing a call centre team
  • Strong understanding of call centre metrics and operational KPIs
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
