Financial Operations Specialist

Cash and bank sales reconciliation is a critical task that requires attention to detail and strong analytical skills. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying cash and bank transactions, identifying discrepancies, and taking corrective action to ensure accuracy.
You will also be responsible for managing bank payments for purchases and maintaining evidence of these transactions. This involves reconciling bank statements, identifying and resolving any issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
As a financial operations specialist, you will also be responsible for recording credit purchases and maintaining accurate records. This includes processing invoices, tracking expenses, and analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
We use QuickBooks for our double-entry bookkeeping, which requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
In addition to your technical skills, we value business acumen and the ability to work effectively with other departments. As a financial operations specialist, you will interact frequently with colleagues across the organization and contribute to the day-to-day functioning of the business.
