Healthcare Educator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lecturer to join our team at HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching various modules, preparing teaching materials, and assessing student performance in the field of Health and Social Care.

• Teach and assess students on various Health and Social Care modules, ensuring high-quality learning experiences.
• Develop and update course materials, lecture notes, and assessments to meet the needs of students and the curriculum.
• Utilize a range of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of Health and Social Care courses, working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Provide high-quality support to students, including tutoring, guidance, and advice on academic and career progression.
• Contribute to the delivery, tracking, and monitoring of module performance, ensuring high levels of achievement and success.

• Master's degree with 5 years of experience or PhD with 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in curriculum development for TNE qualifications is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with students, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on providing a positive and supportive experience for students.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using admission management systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Design and grade assessments, assignments, and exams in a timely manner.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic development.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
