Healthcare Educator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lecturer to join our team in the Department of Health and Social Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and assessing students on our Health and Social Care programs.

• Develop and deliver high-quality teaching materials and assessments for Health and Social Care programs.
• Provide excellent student support and guidance to ensure students achieve their academic and career goals.
• Contribute to the development and review of curriculum and assessment strategies for Health and Social Care programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver innovative teaching and learning experiences.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support student learning and development.

• Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in teaching and assessing students in a higher education setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning platforms.

This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be required to work on a regular basis, including evenings and weekends, as required.
