Senior Accounting Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting and be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and statements, conducting regular financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations, developing and managing budgeting processes and financial forecasting models, and providing timely and actionable financial reports to management for informed decision-making.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting. They will be proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel and have an in-depth understanding of financial regulations and requirements.
Key responsibilities include resolving discrepancies and performing account reconciliations, supporting payroll processing and statutory compliance initiatives, evaluating and ensuring alignment of all financial practices with relevant statutes and regulations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall financial performance, analyzing and monitoring key financial metrics and performance indicators, cooperating with external auditors and supporting audit-related activities as necessary, implementing and optimizing financial controls and processes, staying current with updates in financial regulations and best practices, contributing to the development and implementation of strategic financial plans, and participating in financial planning and analysis initiatives and projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
