Social Media Specialist for E-commerce

This role involves developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.

We are seeking a talented individual who can create compelling content for various social media platforms and manage the company's social media profiles and presence.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
    • Create engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
    • Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence, including scheduling posts and responding to comments and messages.
    • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply knowledge to continually optimize social media strategies.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
    • Analyze social media performance using relevant metrics and insights to improve strategies and drive results.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and e-commerce.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
