We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage operational activities, drive efficiency, and promote a positive work environment. Reporting directly to the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the business, including labour and safety, security, and sanitation conditions.

Main Responsibilities
This position involves administering qualities of leadership and management skills, ensuring the highest degree of performance, promoting dignity of work, and maintaining amicable relationships with staff and workmen. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for arranging notice boards, attending court proceedings, preparing monthly requisition summaries, and handling matters related to the company's ordinance and other applicable laws.

Additional Duties
The Operations Manager will be involved in arranging transportation for staff, maintaining custody of legal and corporate documents, and coordinating with external agencies and government departments. This role also requires the ability to manage contract vehicles, schedule van privileges, and negotiate with contractors. Furthermore, the Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing canteen facilities, including supervising cooking staff, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring proper food storage.
