We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator and Accountant to join our team. As an office administrator and accountant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and accounting tasks to support the overall operation of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • To manage the office supplies and equipment, including ordering and maintaining inventory.
  • To process payroll and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • To prepare and submit reports, including financial statements and tax returns.
  • To provide administrative support to senior staff members, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.

Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. They will also need to have a strong command of MS Office and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
