We are looking for an Accountant who has experience working with UK Clients.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at a Lahore-based accountancy office. The Accountant will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of financial statements, trial balance, bookkeeping, reconciliations, tax calculations & returns and other core Accountancy functions. Sufficient training will be provided to align the successful candidate to our processes, but you must have previous experience with UK Legislation. Job Specification

Qualifications:

  1. Fully or Part-Qualified (UK) ACCA.
  2. At least 6 months of experience with UK Clients.
  3. Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  4. Good proficiency in using Google Sheets & Google Docs is essential.
  5. Experience using Quickbooks accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  2. Financial Reporting: Draft Company Accounts & Individual/Company Tax Returns.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with Senior accountant to support their day-to-day operational needs and provide relevant ad-hoc support.
  4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant UK accounting standards and regulations.
  5. Financial Analysis: Assist in financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
  6. Ad Hoc: Work on ad-hoc activities to assist the senior accountant in daily tasks.
