Job Title:

Territory Manager

About This Role:

We are seeking a skilled Territory Manager to drive business growth and ensure smooth sales procedures within their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and concessionaires
  • Coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Manage concessionaire's sales staff to ensure delivery of key performance indicators
  • Negotiate with customers and suppliers for joint business planning to ensure maximum return on investment
  • Monitor and develop the business by forecasting sales and supporting customers in formulating joint business plans
  • Implement agreed joint business plans/concessionaire business plans and review key performance indicators' progress on a weekly basis
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years of relevant sales experience in fast-moving consumer goods/snacking industry
